My Own Private Revolution

.
First day of Vibe ownership. I have driven about 50 miles, to get home from the dealership, out to get a carseat cover to ward against infestations of white boxer hair (as the schnauzer is a poor passenger) and get fast-food salads for supper.

Doesn't seem very Hedwiggy, but haven't decided yet. Insides can morph around like Tonks, but since she doesn't seem to be a very 'white' person. May yet go with 'Procyon', but... haven't decided yet. It's like naming a puppy, eh?

The "My Own Private Revolution" Meme

AS LEADER OF THE GLORIOUS REVOLUTION
...what will your official title be?
    Her Equanimity
...who will be by your side?
    [livejournal.com profile] sit_good_dog and my quasi-sister, I think.
...how will those who serve you be rewarded?
Movie night! And gift certificates for bookstores.
...how will you punish those who try to stand in your way?
Exile to hot, humid locations. With NO AIR CONDITIONING.
...what monument will you build to your own greatness?
    Rebuild the Library of Alexandria.

WHEN THE REVOLUTION COMES
...who will be first up against the wall?
    The Religious Right
...who will be next up against the wall if they don't mend their ways?
Conservatives and/or Republicans, depending on their answers.
...what will be made compulsory?
    Literacy and good television
...what will be banned?
'The Man Show' and its ilk
...what music will play to herald the dawning of the new era?
I'll commission something from either Sting or Bob Conti.

EIN!!

I could cope with living in a world after your Revolution. *nods*

And yay for transportation again. :) Tonks would be an awesome name for a car, incidentally. LOL.

I keep thinking fondly of Thomas Jefferson and Josiah Bartlet, y'know? Wish Al Gore had better spin, now.

Urm... not that I'd object to you being Empress of the Universe or such.... But you do realise you included me and alot of folks I'm close to, in the first to be stood backs against the wall category... Don't you?

Just checking...

Haven't noticed you being screaming irrational, dear ZP. Y'know, making statements about oppressing peoples' civil rights, interfering in their lives, wanting to censor television because it's possible....
