Ah. Well, Colbert was playing soldier when he took his show to Iraq three weeks ago. The commanding general Ray Odierno did a live appearance on the show and told him, if he was going to "play soldier" then he needed a haircut. After some protest, the general invoked the ultimate order: a video feed from the Commander in Chief.

Best comedy show president since Richard Nixon appeared on "Laugh-In."
