I can't resist some things. After reading about this in slowfox and jediboadicea's LJs, I had to create the Commonwealth of De Cymru Mwyaf-Newydd. I hope it's as low-maintenance as it seems.

In other news: Professor Black, my dear dear sir, someone (jadedsirius) is taking your name in vain, all over nocturne_alley. Which is indeed interesting, in a Slytheriny sort of way.
