You can torrent it, except for Ep. 19, from here - I haven't watched all the files yet, but the AVI ones look fine; the back half of the series is larger and in a lower-quality format, but so far, that's all there is.
My friend Kellen, who does NOT update her LJ (wench), said that the series' rights are all tangled up in lawyers. Sheesh. Considering nobody could be bothered to get a second year made or put it in reruns, I fail to understand the fuss.

Phileas was so passionate about everything, positive or negative. Oh, and I got to meet Chris Demetral briefly at D*Con once, we got to talk about dogs. ^_^ He really likes boxers, but he and his wife only have room for a Boston terrier!
