Better. Anyway, the 'Spoon' part is relatively easy to segue into, but I was bludgeoning my brains trying to think of how 'Fork' Alex, having been apparently abandoned, is going to interact with her wizardfolk again... and Grimmauld Place once again becomes the answer. That's why they can't communicate with her.

I'm thinking she writes a letter to Dumbledore and prays there's at least one wizard working for the Royal Mail. :)

I have fuzzy visions of Spoon-Alex and Sirius not quite drifting apart, but the longer he spends in 'house arrest', the more depressed he gets and the less of a positive effect her presence has on him. Naturally, this makes her feel inadequate....

Still have no real clue about what to do with the Department of Mysteries. Drat. At this point, I'll be happy to take suggestions or comments, to jump-start my process. Please?

I really want to figure out how to do images myself. You do enough stuff for everyone already. I have been using the update page at the LJ site, but I wanted to ask you about downloading a client... I just don't get it. Should I? Which??

Semagic is, in my opinion, the best. It gives you buttons to automate simple things like bolding, italics, font colour; makes links and image-insertion easier, and allows you more control over editing previous entries and Friends than the web interface does.

The only major thing it doesn't seem to do is interface with userpics... and they might be trying to figure out that, too.
