If you're writing about canon characters, I'm going to picture House and Wilson doing naughty things in hospital gowns involving stethoscopes, and Rodney McKay riding a stargate through Wraith hiveships. I'd much rather picture that than two cannons bonking. 'Ooh, baby, your balls are so heavy!' 'You're so big!' I don't want to picture that. Really.
