I really like the way that closeup came out. Wish the blossom'd been fresher. :/ I think they're great trees; very resilient, fast-growing, excellent shade, very decorative.
I had a tripod once. :( I can be very good at holding still sometimes; had this one shot once where the only thing moving in the photo was my blood pressure, up-down blur. But those remind me of things better left not-remembered, alas. (I hate it when people TOUCH my STUFF.)
