Great application, still not tempted to tweet

A teaching hospital tweets procedural steps and answers questions during a craniotomy. Being Twitter, there's a high noise ratio as people retweet the same thing (like the operation announcement) over and over, but there's surprisingly few Stupid Questions. Maybe everybody did read the hospital's website announcement first...?

Oh, and there's some pictures and video linked. How cool is that?!
