I'm trying to yank just two ickle images off my Cowboy Bebop DVD, and it's acting really weird. I tried two different virtual DVD players, and used good ol' 'printscreen'... but when I try pasting the captured image into either Paint Shop Pro, or either of the Win98 image apps, it does this totally freaky moving-frame effect, or comes out black or otherwise does NOT copy.
It won't save, it won't crop, it won't hold still. Explanations? Suggestions? Software recommendations? Anything?
